Mobile information and text messaging. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

11. Text Messaging (SMS)

If you provide a mobile number and tick a consent box on one of our forms, Integrity Wellness Center may send text messages to that number from 888-837-8575.

• Informational messages — appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and replies to messages you send us.
• Marketing messages — discount codes, special deals, and texts promoting our products and services. These require a separate consent.

We do not share your mobile opt-in information with anyone. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
